We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PMO Reporting Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team.

Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & Analysis :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a suite of standard and ad-hoc financial and operational reports, focusing on project performance, budget versus actuals, resource utilization, forecasting, and earned value management.
- Analyze complex project financial data, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas of risk or opportunity, and present findings clearly to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
Data Management & Extraction :
Utilize SQL expertise to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various financial and project management systems, including Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data used for all PMO reporting.Report & Dashboard Development :
Design, develop, and maintain compelling reports and interactive dashboards using MicroStrategy (now Strategy) to provide clear, actionable insights into project health and financial status.Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for detailed data manipulation, modeling, and in-depth analytical work (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, charting). Experience with Tableau is a plus.Process Improvement & Collaboration :
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Finance teams, and IT to understand reporting requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and improve reporting processes.Document reporting processes, data definitions, and report logic to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.Financial & Project Expertise :
Apply a solid understanding of financial concepts, including forecasting, budgeting, capitalization, and project accounting principles, to ensure reports are relevant and compliant.Required Skills & Experience :
5 - 6 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, PMO support, or a similar quantitative role.Proven ability to work with large datasets and enterprise financial systems (specifically experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) or similar time-tracking / financial systems is highly desirable).Expertise in SQL for writing complex queries, data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Strong experience in developing reports and dashboards using an enterprise business intelligence tool, with specific expertise in MicroStrategy (now Strategy).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sophisticated data analysis, including modeling, scenario analysis, and dynamic reporting.Solid understanding of core financial concepts, forecasting, and project accounting.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong, demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration abilities to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Education :
