About the Role

The VP / SVP – Investment Banking (Pharma & Healthcare) will be responsible for originating, executing, and managing investment banking transactions within the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry relationships, strategic understanding of the sector, and proven experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Market transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Origination

• Identify and originate new business opportunities across the Pharma, Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, MedTech, and Life Sciences verticals.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships (CXOs, promoters, PE / VC investors).
• Develop a strong deal pipeline aligned with the firm’s investment banking strategy.
