Business Development : Drive mutual fund (MF) business by actively engaging with and supporting branch relationship managers.
- Portfolio Management : Conduct regular portfolio reviews for clients to ensure investment strategies are aligned with their financial goals.
- Sales & AUM Growth : Facilitate the growth of MF Asset Under Management (AUM) through effective sales strategies and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Training & Development : Provide training and continuous development to branch banking relationship managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Support System : Ensure the availability of a robust support system, including joint calls, new product information, and ongoing training, to help the team achieve their targets.
- Market Intelligence : Maintain a keen eye for market intelligence and competitor activities to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Compliance & Regulation : Demonstrate thorough knowledge of investment processes and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & PG / Master's degree in a relevant field.
