Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Global Head of Business Development to join our leadership team on a contractual basis. This is a commission-based position only for a dynamic professional who can drive our sales strategy while building long-term client relationships outside India. This will be a hands on role for 2 quarters atleast and depending on company growth, the person can build a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for USA, Europe and GCC countries aligned with our business objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team as we scale
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients in various industries
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that benefit both parties
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends to the executive team
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential service offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B sales leadership, preferably in consulting or professional services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and comfort with ambiguity
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
  • Experience in a commission-based role demonstrating ability to thrive in a performance environment
  • Mandatory : High global exposure or network (especially in US, Europe and GCC regions)
  • Compensation
