We’re starting by helping finance, IT, and operations leaders identify wasted spend, automate repetitive workflows, and unlock compounding productivity gains using agentic AI. The end goal : enterprises that run at their highest level of performance : faster, leaner, smarter.

What you’ll do :

• Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn.
• Write and send thoughtful outreach messages that sound human and create genuine interest.
• Book intro calls with founders, finance leaders, and operations teams for the founders to take forward.
• Analyze what messaging resonates and help us continuously refine our ICP and outreach strategy.
• Contribute to content and social ideas that communicate Perf’s mission and perspective.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to test growth experiments and improve what we build.
