About the Role :

Join us as a Full-Time Founder's Office Associate, an exciting entry-level opportunity to work closely with the founder of BuRaSuNa Pvt Ltd. This role is ideal for freshers eager to dive into the fast-paced world of e-commerce startups, where adaptability, learning, and hands-on experience across business functions are valued above all.

What You'll Do :

• Assist the founder with day-to-day operations and special projects across multiple functions.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate and communicate with teams including marketing, product, and operations for seamless execution.
• Contribute to campaign planning, strategy formulation, vendor interactions, and market outreach efforts.
• Draft internal communications and help maintain documentation.
• Support data tracking, performance monitoring, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management and oversee shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Occasionally accompany the founder in meetings or external events.
• Take ownership of urgent or adhoc tasks that align with key growth priorities.
• Manage and coordinate workmen or other operational staff when needed.
