Job Title : Founder’s Office Associate — Dohful Experience : 0–3 years (Freshers welcome — Engineers strongly preferred ) Location : Delhi Type : Full-time About the Role Dohful is a rapidly growing cookies & coffee QSR chain from Delhi NCR. If you want to understand how a consumer brand scales — not in theory but in the real world — this role puts you right in the middle of it. The Founder’s Office works on the most important and urgent problems of the business, directly with the founders. You’ll switch between strategy and hands-on execution depending on what the company needs that week. We’re engineers ourselves and love having them on board because of their systematic thinking, analytical ability, and a get-things-done mindset. What You’ll Work On You’ll work across multiple business functions and projects. Examples include : Launching new locations & leading first-day readiness Improving kitchen & operational processes for speed and consistency Collaborating on new menu items and product trials Vendor coordination, supply planning & cost optimisation Running performance dashboards and identifying insights Coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns for footfall & repeat customers Designing small experiments to improve customer experience If you love the idea of brainstorming in a meeting → executing on-ground → analysing results — all within the same week — you’ll thrive here.
