Role Overview :

As an Inside Sales Manager at Pear Technologies, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and fostering strategic partnerships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies for business expansion and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a keen ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret market insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving success.
  • Monday to Saturday

    11AM-7 : 30PM
