The RBM role is pivotal, serving as the primary driver for commercialization and access of our groundbreaking CAR-T therapy within the Southern states (TN, KA, KL) based at Chennai.Unlike a traditional sales role, it is centered on strategic partnership and ecosystem management.The RBM will lead stakeholder engagement across identified hospitals, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence — from price negotiations and contracting to patient onboarding — with the ultimate goal of enabling widespread adoption of this life-changing therapy.5. Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Commercialization & Access
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to ensure market readiness and drive CAR-T therapy demand.Map and prioritize key treatment centres (Big Chain Hospitals, Standalone and Government Institutions) and Hemato-Oncology / BMT units within assigned states.Navigate hospital procurement processes and formulary committees to secure product adoption.Collaborate with market access teams to address government and private insurance coverage for patient financing solutions.2. Strategic Ecosystem & CFT Management
Build and sustain relationships with hospital decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Purchase Heads, Blood Bank / Transfusion Medicine Heads).Lead price negotiations and contracting, emphasizing CAR-T’s value proposition and health economics.Ensure timely hospital payment processing and financial reconciliations.Oversee CAR-T Treatment Site Accreditation in partnership with Medical Affairs and Quality teams to ensure compliance with infrastructure and clinical requirements.3. Operational Excellence & Execution
Draft, negotiate, and execute B2B Service Agreements for Cell & Gene Therapies.Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines (ICMR, CDSCO).Act as the central coordinator with internal CFTs (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Patient Support).Scientific Engagement & Advocacy :Conduct high-level scientific exchanges, CMEs, and presentations with Hemato-Oncologists and BMT Physicians.Translate complex clinical data into value-driven narratives for clinical and financial stakeholders.Identify and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen advocacy for CAR-T adoption.4. Patient On-Boarding Support
Facilitate the end-to-end patient journey, from eligibility assessment to infusion day.Coordinate logistics including apheresis, cryopreservation, manufacturing, and delivery.Serve as the primary commercial contact for hospitals throughout the patient treatment cycle.6. Primary Objectives :
Drive market access and commercialization of CAR-T therapy.Build and manage strategic ecosystems and stakeholder relationships.Ensure operational and scientific excellence across the patient journey.7. Competencies Required :
