Role Description

  • Lead Generation : Identify potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and various platforms. Utilize both paid and organic channels to generate quality leads.
  • B2B Calling : Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting the company's services and solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Email Outreach : Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and convert leads. Monitor and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain an updated CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking. Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel to closure.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies with company goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis : Stay updated with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Provide regular feedback and suggestions for improving outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
