Position : QA Engineer / QA Tester

Location : Currently Remote → Delhi / Gurgaon candidates preferred (must be willing to work from office in 3–4 months)

Experience : 3–5 years in QA, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first products.

Compensation : ₹8–10 LPA

Work Timings : 6 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features across web, iOS, and Android to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience.
• Write, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP .
• Perform testing across multiple layers — Web, Mobile, and APIs — to ensure complete end-to-end reliability.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across devices, browsers, and environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify issues early and ensure confident, stable releases.
• Conduct real-world testing to validate reliability and performance for field service teams in dynamic conditions.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as the product and team grow.
