Work Mode : Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications through both manual testing and automated test frameworks. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated) based on product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs through to resolution using bug tracking systems like JIRA.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
  • Perform regression, integration, system, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices to improve product quality and team efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and support troubleshooting during production issues.

Key Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong exposure to both Manual and Automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver , TestNG / JUnit , and scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript .
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Knowledge of testing web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and offer clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Knowledge of database testing (SQL).
  • Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
