We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design, build, optimize, and support advanced analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. If you have strong hands-on expertise in PA, dashboards, KPIs, and data modelling—this is the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Design, develop, and implement Performance Analytics (PA) solutions in ServiceNow
• ️ Configure data sources, indicators, breakdowns, widgets, dashboards
• ️ Build interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI-driven reports
• ️ Optimize data collection jobs ensuring accuracy & performance
• ️ Work with business teams to translate goals into measurable KPIs
• ️ Maintain data governance & best practices in analytics modelling
• ️ Enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize existing PA solutions
• ️ Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning & code reviews
• ️ Collaborate with integration teams for cross-platform data modelling (CMDB, Incident, Change)
• ️ Mentor junior developers on ServiceNow PA standards & best practices

✅ Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of ServiceNow development

Minimum 2+ years in Performance Analytics

Strong knowledge of PA : Indicators, time series, breakdowns, widgets

Hands-on experience with JavaScript , Glide APIs , REST APIs

Experience in ServiceNow modules : ITSM, CMDB, Incident / Change

Understanding of data visualization and analytics storytelling

Preferred :

⭐ Good to Have

ITIL v4 Foundation

Experience with Reporting, CMDB Health, ITOM integrations

Background in Data modelling / ETL / BI tools
