ServiceNow Architect / Lead / Developer

Job description4–5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML / CSS, and AngularJS (for Service Portal). Experience in developing Workflows / Flow Designer flows and Orchestration integrations. Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or ITBM modules. Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery processes is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and CI / CD practices for ServiceNow (e.g., Git, Jenkins, ATF). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
Main Priorities :
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management .
- Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules , and Script Includes as per business requirements.
- Create and maintain Integration solutions using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Work on Service Portal customization and workflow automation using Flow Designer or legacy workflows.
- Support upgrades, patches, and testing ensuring minimal impact on existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements , perform impact analysis, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and platform governance activities .
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .
