Location : Chennai, India

Duration : Long Term Contract

Shift Timings : 4 pm to 1 am IST

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice preferred

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in ITSM and ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership within the team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on ITSM and integrations.
  • Lead technical discussions, guide the development team, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, APIs, and other tools.
  • Perform system troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and client / server scripts.
  • Ability to technically lead a development team and ensure high-quality deliveries.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and AI / ML capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Virtual Agent.
