Job Title : Senior Test Automation Engineer System & Performance Testing

Location : Noida, Bengaluru

Experience : 7+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We’re seeking a Senior / Lead Test Automation Engineer who brings deep experience in

system and performance testing, excels in Python automation, and thrives in fast-paced,

product-driven teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can architect and drive the end-to-end

QA automation strategy, while mentoring the team and collaborating cross-functionally to

ensure high system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of automation frameworks for system integration

and performance testing.

  • Define testing strategy, standards, and best practices across the QA lifecycle.
  • Develop scalable test suites for validating APIs, data pipelines, and distributed

    • components.

  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI / CD

    • pipelines.

  • Analyze system metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements.
  • Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

    • Required Skills :

  • 7+ years in QA / test automation with at least 2+ years in a lead / ownership role.
  • Strong Python programming and experience with Pytest or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience in system-level testing of distributed platforms.
  • Familiar with observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry) and protocols

    • (SNMP, syslog).

  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
