Job descriptionIdentify and pursue government-led opportunities (e.g., surveys, feedback platforms, grievance redressal, digital outreach). Lead participation in RFPs, RFQs, EoIs , and tenders—managing proposal development, compliance, and submission. Negotiate and close MoUs , contracts , and work orders . Develop and own a government go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings for government needs (e.g., public communication, impact assessments). Ensure execution meets defined SLAs and government deliverables by working closely with product and tech teams. MBA / PGDM from top-tier institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, etc.) Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Public Policy , or related disciplines is a plus. 5–6 years in : Demonstrated success engaging ministries and converting government opportunities into commercial outcomes. In-depth knowledge of government functioning and procurement systems (GeM, RFPs, tendering, MoUs). Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Commercial orientation with the ability to convert government interest into revenue streams . Comfortable with documentation-heavy and cross-functional environments A front-row seat to one of India’s most ambitious citizen-tech platforms .
