Objective :

The Delivery & Growth Personnel will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives across people management, client governance, service offerings, marketing, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

1. Recruitment Delivery (95%)

Requisitions :

• Ensuring new requisitions are obtained from the clients
• Tracking them with the help of MIS
• Submissions : Ensuring coverage on all active roles across all accounts . Ensure quality submissions
• Interviews : ensuring a minimum threshold of candidate interviews per account and managing them end to end
• Escalation management : Be able to manage client and candidate escalations
• Assist in responding to new RFP's

2. Operations (5%)

Job Portals & databases administration and performance

Targets

This role has a monthly target of placements and margins

Reporting & Daily / weekly performance reports.
