Are you enthusiastic dynamic and ready to thrive in a 24x7 customer-centric environment Join our Global IT Service Delivery team as Trainee Global IT Technical Support where youll play a key role in delivering technical and software distribution services across the globe.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle all IT service requests logged via the IT ticketing tool including classification approval routing assignment to L2 / L3 support and follow-up until resolution.
Evaluate severity impact and risk of incidents. Escalate to appropriate L2 / L3 teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Adhere to established IT processes and policies during daily operations to maintain service quality and compliance.
Participate in IT project activities as assigned ensuring timely execution and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Analyze incoming incidents to identify recurring issues or problem areas and communicate findings to relevant teams.
Provide support during UAT phases to ensure smooth testing and feedback collection.
Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards as applicable to IT operations.
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity Hadapsar Pune.
