Job Description
- Responsible for back-office support including report generation, maintaining records,
preparing official communications (Letters, PPTs), and Minutes of Meetings, supporting
documentation and MIS requirements of the project.
Entry level with excellent MS Office skills.Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel (including advanced functions), and PowerPoint.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and reports.Draft official letters, internal memos, and government correspondence.Maintain organized and updated project files (soft & hard copies).Prepare PowerPoint presentations for project status meetings.Assist in compiling DPRs, RFPs, tenders, and billing documentation.Coordinate with the field team for data collection and timely updates.Strong written an verbal communication and formatting skills.Ability to prepare letters, reports, and presentationsHigh attention to detail and organizational ability.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Coordination with field and management teamsBasic knowledge of email drafting and official correspondenceTime management and multitasking abilityFamiliarity with Google Drive or cloud storage (optional)Join Our WhatsApp Group For More Job Opportunities
