Java Lead - Spring Boot Frameworks

POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as JAVA Lead to drive the development of innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern software architecture and design principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead by example in Lead the end-to-end development of backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
• Implement OAuth2.0 for secure API authentication and authorization.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring adherence to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Oversee the development and integration of CI / CD pipelines, ensuring continuous deployment and automated security checks.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, focusing on performance optimization, code quality, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls within the application lifecycle.
• Strong ability to manage sprint cycles and issue tracking using JIRA
