We are seeking an experienced  Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise  to lead software development projects in an Agile environment. With 8+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. You will oversee cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals. A strong focus on Agile principles, risk management, and backlog prioritization is essential.

The candidate should have expertise in quality assurance processes and functional requirement analysis, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills are vital for managing diverse teams and addressing challenges. Preferred qualifications include certifications like CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP and familiarity with DevOps practices. A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
