Technical Project Manager - Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Job descriptionWork closely with engineering, DevOps, UI / UX, QA, and product teams to align project goals with technical feasibility. Provide guidance on software architecture, development best practices, and technical decision-making. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality software development. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and industry best practices. Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and executive teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, and status updates. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns promptly. Implement and improve Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to enhance productivity. Drive process automation, CI / CD adoption, and DevOps best practices. Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and project performance metrics. Champion best practices for documentation, version control, and deployment strategies. Programming & Development : Hands-on experience with Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React, Angular Cloud & DevOps : Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD Databases : Experience with SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL Project Management Tools : Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar Software Development Methodologies : Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid Version Control & CI / CD : Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. 7-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a project management role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive projects to completion. Certification in PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe Agile, or ITIL is a plus. Opportunity to lead high-impact projects and work with cutting-edge technologies. Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing complex software development projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, while ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities Management & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Conduct regular project reviews, retrospectives, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies.
