Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in their assigned area, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets.

Experience

Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in the medical devices or related industry.

Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

Strong leadership skills for managing a sales team

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in analyzing market trends and preparing sales reports

Experience in the relevant industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

Expand and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned region.

Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and analyze sales data.

The Responsibilities

Establish and manage relationships with government, corporate, and key accounts.

Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support as needed.

Drive penetration into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

Engage with Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons to promote HRS Navigation solutions.

Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems to track performance.

Attend conferences, industry meetings, and events to stay updated on market trends.

Handle proposals, agreements, contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.

Oversee dealer and stakeholder management to ensure smooth sales execution.

Ensure timely payment collection and manage the overall sales process efficiently.
