Responsibilities
- Retain and increase market share for the assigned product category in each account.
- Drive sales for the assigned product category within the designated region.
- Manage and develop channel partners; ensure proper selection of relevant partners.
- Handle channel conflicts effectively and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Reconcile accounts with channel partners to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update all sales records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure strong geographical coverage and expansion.
- Manage order processing and ensure timely execution.
- Strong channel handling and partner management skills
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Analytical mindset with focus on account reconciliation and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Strong geographical exposure and market knowledge
Relevant / Additional Experience :
Proven hands-on experience in Channel Development in UPS, Battery or Inverter IndustryOther Industry Exposure : Consumer Electronics or Mobile Handset Industry
