Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Outbound located in Kolkata. The Telecaller Outbound will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting the company's services, generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also includes achieving targets and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and local languages
• Proficiency in customer interaction, relationship management.
• Ability to meet targets and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
• Basic computer skills and experience with excel.
• Professional demeanor, strong listening skills, and persuasive abilities
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in relevant fields may be advantageous
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets.
• Submitting daily, weekly & monthly reports on time.
