Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products / services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
