The Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by managing internal and external stakeholder relations and efficiently handling queries and escalations. Responsibilities : Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive communication. Efficiently handle queries and escalations, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. Required Skills : 1+ years experience as an Operations Coordinator or International Voice Process Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Proactive and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
