Locations : Vidyapeeth – Rajbagh, Srinagar (J&K)
About the Role :
Are you passionate about creating high-quality video and audio experiences?
We’re looking for a Studio Incharge who can bring technical expertise and creative energy to manage our studio operations. You’ll ensure every live lecture and recording runs seamlessly — from setting the right lights to perfecting the sound.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct daily audio & video quality checks for live and recorded sessions.
Ensure all studio equipment (cameras, lights, mics, systems) is working perfectly before and after use.
Plan and schedule live lectures, shoots, and recordings.
Maintain a professional and creative studio atmosphere for faculty and presenters.
Provide basic video editing and OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) support.
Assist in system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage camera operations, lighting setups, and equipment logs.
Collaborate with the media and academic teams to deliver top-notch output.
Skills & Expertise We’re Looking For :
Hands-on experience with OBS / Live Streaming Tools
Basic Video Editing (Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
Camera and Lighting Operations
System Configuration & Equipment Handling
Great team coordination and time management skills
Passion for media production, creativity, and precision
Qualifications :
Graduate / Diploma in Media, Film, Mass Communication, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Studio Operations / Media / EdTech / Broadcasting
