Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Lex Bot Developer with 4+ years of experience in Conversational AI and chatbot development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AWS Lex and a strong understanding of the entire bot development lifecycle.

This role requires a professional who can design and deploy conversational bots, integrate them with complex backend systems, and optimize NLU models to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent conversational solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Bot Development & Design : Design, develop, and deploy conversational bots using AWS Lex. You will be responsible for building and managing all aspects of the bot, including conversation flows, intents, slots, fulfillment logic, and robust error handling.
• Integration & Orchestration : Integrate bots with various backend systems, APIs, CRMs, and contact center platforms like Amazon Connect, Twilio, and Genesys. You will ensure multi-turn conversations and natural dialog experiences by implementing a strong contextual understanding.
• NLU Optimization : Optimize and fine-tune NLU models to achieve higher intent accuracy and a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the bot's ability to understand natural language effectively.
• Requirements & Analytics : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective conversation designs. You will also implement analytics and monitoring to track bot performance, user interactions, and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Architects, to ensure scalable and secure deployments. You will also stay up-to-date with advancements in Conversational AI, LLMs, and Generative AI to enhance our platform's capabilities.
