We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Appian Developer with 7-12 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Appian development team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Appian projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Appian development team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Appian solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications using best practices and industry standards
• Lead the development of custom Appian components and integrations with other systems
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian and industry trends and technologies
