Appian Low-Code Senior Developer - SAIL

About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Appian Low-Code Senior Developers to lead the design and delivery of scalable banking applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on Appian expertise, coupled with strong exposure to the Banking & Financial Services domain. You will be responsible for building high-quality, reusable components and ensuring integration with multiple systems, while mentoring junior Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Appian applications including process models, records, reports, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
• Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure Appian applications are developed with performance, scalability, and reusability in mind.
• Perform code reviews, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems via REST, SOAP, and RDBMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modules in domains such as Transfers, Cheques, Retail Onboarding, KYC, LOS, Corporate Onboarding, and Term Deposits.
• Support deployment and maintenance of applications in production.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on Appian best Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors in Engineering / IT or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on Appian development experience with Appian Level 2 Certification.
• 3+ years of overall IT experience, preferably with exposure to Banking & Financial Services.
• Strong working knowledge of SAIL, Records, Web APIs, Process Models, Plug-ins.
• Expertise in integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of governance, compliance, and security in banking applications.
