Job description2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on the Middle East market Strong understanding of the Middle East IT job market, including current trends and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience working with Middle East-based clients and candidates Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the Middle East Fluency in Arabic is an advantage Familiarity with IT recruitment tools and platforms
Working Days - 5 days a week (Sat Sun off)
