Job descriptionAnalyse business models, traction, team capabilities, and financial health Prepare investment memos and financial models; assist with presentations to investment committees Build structured data rooms and investor-ready documentation Support accelerator programs (bootcamps, pitch days) with content and reporting Conduct in-depth research to track trends and create reports / whitepapers Provide insights to guide pipeline development and fund strategy Work closely with the core investment and program team Represent EarthON in external stakeholder engagements (founders, investors, NGOs, ecosystem players) No strict requirement; exposure to entrepreneurship, E-Cells, or startup ecosystems preferred Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is a plus 6-8 years of relevant experience in startups, consulting, or strategy Experience in climate innovation, sustainability, or accelerator / incubator programs is desirable Strong ownership mindset; proactive and detail-oriented Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong research, analytical, and financial modeling skills Ability to thrive in unstructured, entrepreneurial environments Collaborative, founder-first culture fit
Position Summary :
The Sr. Analyst - Accelerator will be a critical member of SwitchON's Greenovation Hub, strengthening sourcing, evaluation, and support of climate-focused startups and NGOs.
The role requires strong analytical ability, financial acumen, research skills, and excellent communication to work effectively with founders, investors, and grassroots innovators.
