Roles & Responsibilities :

• Ability to use spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel for tasks such as resource planning, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint to create project status reports, stakeholder presentations, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint for facilitating communication, file sharing, and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of document management systems like SharePoint, organizing project documentation, contracts, and other project-related files.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, for creating interactive dashboards and visual representations of project data.
• Keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources.
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of project coordination.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
