Qualifications : Degree or Post Graduate in BFSI domain Minimum 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Capital market – Security Lending Certification in financial domain is desired Experience : 1. Domain expertise in Banking and Financial Capital market domain. Specialized knowledge of Security Lending functional domain is needed. 2. Ability to identify and gather requirements to define a solution 3. Ability to communicate with IT and Business stakeholders from customer organization 4. Ability to create BRD, FSD for projects 5. Ability to review QA and UAT test cases 6. Involved in business training for new functions 7.
