7. Exit formalities - During resignation of coach, employee.
8. Administrative tasks
Education :
- Mandatory : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred : Master’s degree (MBA in HR or equivalent) or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).
Experience :
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance.Prior experience in handling end-to-end HR operations or having worked in an HR generalist or HR business partner role is highly valued.Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data reporting.Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
