About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – HR to lead HR operations, Ownership & Accountability, employee engagement, competency management, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR with proven ownership and accountability, preferably from the metal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee connects initiatives to foster engagement and a positive work culture.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design impactful training programs.
- Develop and implement competency frameworks / competency matrix across levels.
- Act as a competency analyst to assess skills and recommend development plans.
- Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide strategic HR support to leadership on organizational development.
- Ensure ownership and accountability in all HR processes and initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory).Additional certifications / diplomas in HR will be an added advantage.7–9 years of relevant HR experience, with preference for candidates from the metal industry.Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Employee Connect, Training Analysis, Competency Mapping / Matrix, and Payroll.High sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
