Role : Full Time | On-Site | 5 days a Week
In this Role, you will :
- Manage and optimize media spends across multiple platforms to maximize returns.
- Continuously optimize performance metrics - CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, and CAC.
- Oversee inventory forecasting, collaborating with operations to optimize LOS (Line of Stock), stockout days, and procurement planning.
- Partner with Content and Marketing teams to ideate and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own topline revenue growth while delivering high-ROI campaigns.
- Analyze and track e-commerce performance, build strategies to scale, and own the P&L for the D2C business.
- Drive retention, SEO, and owned media strategies to unlock sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-7 members across core D2C functions : Performance Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an E-commerce / Performance / Growth Manager in a D2C environment.Strong business and mathematical acumen with a deep knack for data and analytics.Hands-on expertise with Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, and other D2C enabler platforms.Proven ability to negotiate costs, manage vendors, and optimize services.Experience running and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other ad platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in both data and business analysis.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer
