Technical Project Manager - PL-SQL

Job Description Planning and Management :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budget and ensure adherence to financial Leadership :
• Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled developers, DBAs, and testers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement PL / SQL solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs and code to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Oversee database performance tuning and optimization Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.
• Address client concerns and provide timely Improvement :
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining project workflows.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Skills and Experience :
• Strong expertise in PL / SQL with hands-on experience in database development, optimization, and tuning.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database systems and related technologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tools.
• Proven experience in managing technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
• Experience in leading and managing technical teams, including developers, DBAs, and testers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Qualifications :
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional database technologies or scripting languages.
• Experience in integrating PL / SQL solutions with other enterprise systems
