Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team.

As part of a service-based IT company, you will be responsible for creating engaging, clear, and accurate technical content that communicates our IT solutions and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities :

Write and develop high-quality technical content, including :

1. Service and solution descriptions (cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.)

2. Blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and technical articles

3. Website landing pages and product / service copy

4. User guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles

5. RFPs, proposals, and other business documents

Collaborate with technical teams (engineers, developers, solution architects) to gather and verify technical information.

Translate complex IT concepts into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content.

Ensure content aligns with the brands tone, voice, and strategic goals.

Research current industry trends, competitor services, and emerging technologies.

Apply SEO best practices to all digital content.

Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect new features and service changes.

Requirements :

2- 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the IT services industry.

Strong understanding of IT service offerings such as :

1. Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)

2. Cybersecurity

3. DevOps and automation

4. Managed IT services

5. IT consulting and infrastructure solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels.

Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Confluence, Jira, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, English, or a related field.

Experience working with B2B IT companies or MSPs (Managed Service Providers).

Understanding of ITIL, Agile, or other IT frameworks is a plus.

Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is an advantage.
