Familiarity with the US market, culture, and communication styles. Comprehensive training on our services will be provided to eligible candidates. About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International BPO to join our team in the US virtual construction industry. This role
involves identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client
accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be
responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and handling
customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
