Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Service Consultant for an ongoing implementation project. The ideal candidate should possess practical expertise in configuring and implementing SAP S / 4HANA Service (formerly Customer Service / CS module) with robust integration knowledge across SD, MM, and FICO modules.

Years of experience : 5+ Years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions within the S / 4HANA Service module.
• Configure and customise SAP S / 4HANA Service functionalities, including service contracts, service orders, service notifications, warranties, and field service management.
• Integrate the Service module with SD, MM, and FICO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops, training, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support during go-live and post go-live phases.
• Prepare documentation : BPDs, FSDs, test cases, training manuals, etc.
