Job descriptionPartner with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and deliver scalable solutions. Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle : sprint planning, development, release. Lead tech transformation projects including legacy migration (e.g., PHP to Node.js). Ensure system reliability through structured monitoring and incident resolution. Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and product teams. Conduct regular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning. Partner with hiring teams to scale effectively while maintaining quality. Collaborate with leadership to align platform roadmap with business goals. Evaluate emerging technologies for practical adoption. Drive strategic technology initiatives, including digital transformation and AI-first product capabilities. B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field. 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, including experience in team leadership. Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS or B2B platforms. Strong full-stack development background (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, React.js). Proficient in cloud architecture and services (AWS / GCP), CI / CD pipelines, and system design. Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments. Experience in start-up's or high-growth product environments. Exposure to AI / ML integrations, GenAI tools, or chatbot platforms. Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or cloud (AWS / GCP). About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Technology & Product teams and drive platform engineering for our next-generation AI-powered SaaS and mobile platforms. This role is perfect for a technically deep, product-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
You will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while guiding a talented team of engineers through innovation, agility, and execution excellence.
