Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to candidate onboarding.Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities through regular engagement and proactive account management.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive engagement with senior leadership and CXO-level executives.Demonstrated experience in driving sales performance through effective target achievement, revenue management, and billing oversight.Partner with consultants to design and deliver. customized hiring solutions, ensuring excellence in delivery and client experience.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.What we are looking for
2–10 years of experience in sales / BDPrevious experience in an executive search or professional search environment is preferredProven experience in sales, with a strong track record of directly engaging and selling to CXOs and senior-level stakeholders, is highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communicationA natural curiosity and commercial mindsetGrow into a broader role-whether in a client delivery or business developmentComfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
