Job description

About the Role :

We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s part strategist, part communicator, and part chaos-controller. Someone who can own client relationships, understand briefs deeply, and translate them into creative directions that work. You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to make sure every campaign lands right, on time and on-brand.

What You’ll Do :

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, build relationships, handle feedback, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Understand brand tone, objectives, and campaigns, then brief and align internal teams accordingly.
  • Ideate with content and creative teams on campaign concepts, copies, and social media ideas.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and day-to-day communication across projects.
  • Keep a pulse on trends, competitor moves, and what’s performing on social.
  • Help pitch decks, reports, and strategies look client-ready.

You’ll Fit Right In If You :

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Are confident, articulate, and comfortable in client-facing roles (having agency experience is a plus)
  • Think creatively, especially when it comes to social-first content ideas.
  • Have a good understanding of Instagram, digital campaigns, and how engagement actually works.
  • Can handle multiple projects without losing your cool.
  • Have prior experience in a digital agency or managing brand accounts.
  • Bonus Points If You :

  • Have a knack for writing or editing content yourself.
  • Enjoy brainstorming campaign ideas and seeing them come to life.
  • Love a mix of strategy, storytelling, and execution.
