Salary Range : ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,20,000 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Candidate to manage and expand our B2B dealer and distributor network across assigned territories from our Thane Head Office.
This is an individual contributor role initially, where the candidate will handle existing customers, build new networks through cold calling and marketing leads, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in B2B product sales, dealer / distributor handling, negotiation, and CRM reporting, along with the leadership potential to manage and develop a future field sales & marketing team as the company expands.
The role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel for exhibitions, dealer meets, and market surveys.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Territory Management
- Plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the existing dealer and distributor network, ensuring consistent sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and onboard new dealers / distributors through cold calling, market research, and digital lead generation.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitor research, and pricing intelligence to refine strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth dealer operations and timely order fulfillment.
2. Lead Management & Customer Engagement
Manage and track leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and inbound inquiries using CRM tools.Ensure timely follow-up, closure, and lead conversion through effective communication.Maintain accurate lead pipelines and conversion reports in Excel and CRM systems.Build strong customer relationships and ensure continuous engagement and repeat business.3. Dealer & Distributor Relationship Management
Strengthen partnerships with existing dealers and distributors through consistent communication and business reviews.Handle dealer pricing, schemes, and negotiation while ensuring profitability and policy compliance.Plan and execute dealer promotional campaigns and incentive programs.Monitor dealer performance, analyze sales gaps, and support them with marketing and training initiatives.4. Team Management & Future Leadership
Display leadership skills by mentoring sales support or telecalling staff.Participate in building and training a regional field sales & marketing team during future expansion.Develop performance monitoring frameworks for sales productivity and reporting.Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain all data in MS Excel and CRM software including leads, orders, dealer activity, and forecasts.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.Coordinate with the marketing, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth execution.Represent the company in dealer meets, exhibitions, and events when required.Candidate Profile
Experience : 2-3 years in B2B product sales (mandatory; services background not preferred).Education : Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.Proven track record in dealer / distributor management and territory development.Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.Analytical, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.Capable of handling multiple regions and ready for future leadership responsibility.Language Proficiency (Preferred)
