Key tasks include monitoring daily e-commerce operations, creating product listings, analysing sales performance, improving customer engagement, and collaborating with teams to implement strategies that drive online revenue growth. The role also involves ensuring a seamless customer experience and staying up to date with market trends and tools to enhance online performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
