We are seeking a skilled SCRUB NURSE OT to join our team at Spandana Hospital in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. As a part of our operating theatre team, the scrub nurse will play a crucial role in surgical procedures, ensuring that the environment, instruments, and equipment are prepared and maintained in accordance with high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Surgical Instrument Handling (Mandatory skill) : Capable of efficiently and accurately handling diverse surgical instruments during procedures.
• Aseptic Technique (Mandatory skill) : Maintain the necessary sterile environment, ensuring patient safety and reducing infection risks.
• Operating Room Equipment Management (Mandatory skill) : Proficient in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting operating room equipment.
• Patient Monitoring : Skilled at observing and monitoring patients' vital signs to ensure a safe surgical procedure environment.
• Collaboration with Surgeons : Able to work closely and seamlessly with surgeons and the surgical team to anticipate needs and exceed standards.
• Infection Control Procedures : Deep understanding of infection control principles to guarantee the highest safety and hygiene standards.
• Sterilization Techniques : Expertise in using sterilization techniques to prepare surgical instruments and maintain a sterile setting.
