Proposal Development Specialist

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing, pre-sales support, or content creation (IT / Tech domain preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to format professional documents. Understanding of RFP / RFI processes will be an added advantage. Ability to work effectively during EST hours and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Shift Timing : EST Hours (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Proposal Writer to join our Bid & Pre-Sales team and support in developing compelling business proposals aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the proposal team in creating, editing, and formatting RFP / RFI / RFQ responses, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, and Marketing) to gather relevant content for proposals.
- Maintain and update the proposal content repository and templates for future use.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company branding and standards.
- Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industries to strengthen proposal responses.
- Assist in drafting executive summaries and customized responses that highlight Clovity’s strengths.
- Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted within deadlines.
